We want you to be 100% satisfied with every V Collection experience and ensure that you love your purchase as much when you get home as you did in the store.  If you are not completely satisfied, you may return garments within 30 days of your purchase for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, include the original vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when they were purchased. 

*Custom and tailored garments are designed and crafted specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

*Once custom orders are processed, they cannot be cancelled or altered.

*All items marked down 50% or more (specifically seasonal clearance items and items from the Basement) are final sale and cannot be returned.
